Best Practices for CTE Administrators Conference 2026
Wednesday October 7, 2026 11:15am - 12:15pm PDT
This session explores how Great Oaks redesigned access to in-demand healthcare credentials to meet urgent regional workforce needs and serve students who face barriers and limited program capacity. Attendees will learn how an innovative, student‑centered model expanded opportunities for learners previously turned away and how similar approaches can be adapted in their own institutions.
Designed for CTE administrators and leaders responsible for program quality, access, scalability, and workforce alignment, this session is especially valuable for those navigating enrollment limits, equity concerns, or high‑demand pathway challenges. Participants will engage in guided discussion and interactive reflection focused on applying the model within their own programs. Handouts and session slides will be provided to support implementation and next steps.
