This session shows how small shifts in how we listen can dramatically boost engagement, reduce classroom friction, and improve communication. Participants will explore fun, practical strategies that help students feel heard while learning how to truly hear others. You’ll walk away with easy-to-use techniques that work immediately with no extra prep or eye rolls required. Listening, it turns out, might just be your most powerful (and underrated) teaching tool.
