About me
Anne Krause is an Instructional Coach and Teacher Cadet instructor at EPIC Campus in Littleton Public Schools, where she partners with educators, industry instructors, and district leaders to design forward-focused, equitable learning experiences. With more than 27 years in education, Anne brings a unique blend of classroom expertise, instructional coaching, and systems leadership to her work. In her current role, Anne developed a CDE-accredited induction program supporting new teachers and facilitates professional learning focused on belonging, instructional growth, and educator preparation. She also leads a metro-area PLC for CTE instructional coaches, strengthening collaboration and best practices across districts. Anne has played a key role in district initiatives, including redesigning graduation requirements, competencies, and ICAP structures to better align learning with workforce readiness.As the Teacher Cadet instructor, Anne coordinates field placements and designs real-world learning experiences that prepare future educators for the profession. Previously, she served as an instructional coach and classroom teacher at Arapahoe High School, leading initiatives in standards-based grading and culturally responsive instruction.Anne is a recipient of the National School Boards Association’s “20 to Watch” award and holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University.
