With more than 26 years of experience in Career and Technical Education and a background in accounting and auditing, Christy Hensley brings real-world expertise to her role as a Career Development Coordinator at Rockingham County Schools Career and Technical Innovative High School. She is skilled at (and passionate about) connecting students’ learning with their future aspirations, helping them build personalized pathways to success in college and the workforce. Her career spans middle school teaching, elementary gifted education, instructional leadership, and community outreach, and she has been named both Rockingham County Teacher of the Year and CTE Teacher of the Year.
