About me
Cecilia Carr brings over a decade of experience in education spanning classroom teaching, learning design, and workforce-connected initiatives. She began her career as a classroom educator and holds a master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology, grounding her work in instructional quality and student-centered program design.Cecilia works at the intersection of K–12 districts, CTE programs, postsecondary institutions, and workforce partners to support the development of scalable, career-connected learning models. She has led and supported initiatives that integrate online, immersive, and simulation-based learning, including 3D and VR technologies, into high school CTE pathways. Her work focuses on helping education leaders design flexible delivery models that expand access to dual enrollment and career pathways while maintaining program rigor and alignment with workforce needs.
