Julie Griffin serves as Project Manager for Organizational & Talent Development at Meridian Technology Center in Oklahoma, where she leads system-level initiatives focused on culture alignment, leadership development, and staff support across CTE programs. Her work centers on translating organizational values into observable behaviors that strengthen hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance alignment.
Julie led a cross-functional team in the development of a Standards of Excellence framework and guided its system-wide implementation to operationalize culture and accountability throughout the organization. She partners with administrators and instructional leaders to build practical systems that support retention, clarity, and continuous improvement.
In addition to leading internal culture initiatives, Julie partners with organizations across Oklahoma to strengthen teamwork and leadership practices through customized professional development.
A certified facilitator of The 6 Types of Working Genius, Julie brings both strategy and engagement to her sessions, equipping leaders with tools they can immediately apply within their institutions.
