Jordan Sewell serves as a Program Manager of Work-Based Learning at SkillsUSA. In this role, she develops, implements, and evaluates programs, resources, and initiatives that connect students with high-quality, real-world career experiences. This includes the creation of innovative tools, guides, and curricula that equip students with the skills, confidence, and occupational identity necessary to thrive in today’s workforce. She also supports the integration of SkillsUSA Pathful, the organization’s all-in-one career exploration and workforce readiness platform, enhancing students’ access to structured pathways and personalized learning experiences.
Jordan Sewell has served SkillsUSA in multiple capacities over the past eight years, including Program Manager for SkillsUSA Georgia, contractor for national SkillsUSA, Interim Executive Director for SkillsUSA Georgia, and Program Manager of Chapter Development Initiatives for national SkillsUSA. For the past year, she has served as a Program Manager of Work-Based Learning, leading the development and implementation of programs, resources, and initiatives that expand Work-Based Learning opportunities, foster student career discovery, and strengthen the connection between education and industry. Throughout her career, Jordan has focused on equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce, while building innovative systems and experiences that support chapters, educators, and industry partners nationwide.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Policy from Young Harris College, providing a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management that informs her work in developing programs and resources for students, educators, and SkillsUSA chapters nationwide.
