With 25 years of experience in education, she has taught at the elementary, secondary, and higher education levels in both traditional and virtual learning environments.Melinda is passionate about building innovative career pathways, strengthening education and industry partnerships, and empowering educators to connect classroom instruction to real-world workforce needs. Her leadership focuses on preparing both educators and students for meaningful success in an evolving economy.
