Michelle Carn has served as the Compliance Administrator at the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center since 2007. With nearly two decades of experience in career and technical education, she oversees regulatory compliance, state and federal reporting, grant management, and policy implementation to ensure programs meet rigorous accountability standards. Michelle works closely with administrators, instructors, and stakeholders to support continuous improvement and student success. Her deep understanding of compliance systems and dedication to operational excellence help strengthen the integrity and effectiveness of CTE programs at Springfield-Clark CTC.
