With 30 years of experience as an educator and instructional leader in Jeffco School District, Colorado, Suzanne Sundbye brings deep expertise in curriculum, coaching, and student-centered learning. During her current seven years as a Graduation Demonstration Coordinator, she focuses on leading and refining Capstone programs that elevate student voice and connect learning to real-world experiences. Her experience as a math teacher for 20 years, combined with ten years as an Instructional Coach, provides a strong foundation in classroom practice, curriculum design, and coaching. Suzanne is skilled in developing adaptable, cross-disciplinary Capstone frameworks that foster meaningful learning across subject areas. A proven leader in professional development, she emphasizes collaboration, relationship-building, and alignment with district and school goals.
